Hi need immediate assistance! For some reason when my clients fill out my forms they are going to my clutter in my email? Can you help? If I did not look I would have missed out on business.

Are you saying that you are not receiving email notifications? If that is correct, please check your spam folder, and make sure to mark the as NOT SPAM.

I am assuming you're receiving the notification email properly but it is going to the clutter (spam/junk) folder.
If yes, please select the JotForm emails and mark it as not spam/junk. After that, test your form and see if the issue still persists, let us know.
