Is there any way to preset & lock the widget settings for pen size & color?

Hi Is there any way to preset & lock the widget settings for pen size & color so that users can not change them ?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to preset or lock the pen size and color in the Draw on Image widget. The widget will always start with the first level pen and black color.
