Paypal Pro has a series of countries in its application that are OFAC non-compliant (North Korea etc.).

I need to remove these countries off the form, does anyone know how to remove countries from the app?

    Thanks.

If you were referring to this country selector:

In PayPal Pro integration, I'm afraid we cannot change that.

If you had something else in mind, please let us know.

    Thank you!

Is that a default country list or does it come from somewhere via an API (PayPal) ?

Paypal has a list of countries that are banned, so it seems to me that they should not be in the combo box for paypal pro by default IF it has been developed that way.

I've seen other people making the same comments about the OFAC list for this app, so I am wondering why they just aren't removed (by the developer)

OR is there some way we can control the list from our paypal settings?

I will have to check that with our backend team, I assume that the country list is pulled from the PayPal.

I checked the US Department of the Treasury and it says there:

"The Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) does not maintain a specific list of countries that U.S. persons cannot do business with. "

So, do you have a specific country(ies) that are showing on the list?
