sarwani@boostjuicebars.com.my is no longer a valid recipient to all our forms email notifications. We tried to delete this email from our submission notification recipient list, but failed. Please help delete this email from our recipient list.

I checked your form (http://www.jotform.me/form/72222621267450) and tried to delete the email address you have mentioned and I was able to replicate the issue.
Please note that multiple email recipient is not available anymore for Free Plans. So if you want to send the Email notifications to your 2 email recipients, you need to delete the other email addresses and leave just one email recipient or just create another email notification for the other email address.
