How to change the currency of the payment field

How can I change the currency from $ to SFr. in the product order template

You can find and change the currency in the payment settings when you open it in the form builder.

To do that, click the payment field in the form builder, click the wand icon to open its settings. Find the currency dropdown and change it.

Settings may differ on the payment tool you're using but Currency is available in all.
