Hello, my account was deactivated because of 1 of my forms. I really didn't know it was wrongly done, but I agree to have it deleted. I got an email from jotform asking to respond to the email saying I Agree and that my account would be reinstated but it's been over a week and still not even a response.
I really need access to my forms, please help!! Please!!

It seems you have created duplicate support threads for the same issue. Your issue will be handled in this support thread by one of my colleagues: My Account was deactivated, I agreed to terms but still can't access them
Please refer to that thread to avoid confusion.
