User submissions limited

I created this user under a paid plan, that has unlimited submissions and removes branding. But this user cannot create a form without the branding and also their account is limited to only 5 forms.

If it is a subuser under a paid account, why is it being limited?

If you open a paid account and share it with a sub user, the sub user doesn't inherit the paid status. They would have to upgrade to a paid account as well.

The sub user cannot create a form without branding. And is limited to 5 forms because that is part of the limits imposed on FREE accounts.

However, you can share as many forms as you like with the sub user. And forms shared from your account wont display branding if you have disabled it.
