The users are unable to go to next page via edit submission link

Hi,

I send a notification email with the {edit_link} but when users click on it, they are not able to move to the second page of the form, nor to submit. 

How can I fix it?

This problem is happening due to the following condition affects the next button in the first page:

This condition tell us that Next button will be seen only if the Email of referee field is empty. Otherwise, the next button will be hided. 

In addition to that, the aforementioned field is a required field. It means that your users can not submit your form without filling this field. This is why, when your user clicks to edit link, it brings this field as filled. So, the next button is hided due to the condition above. If you disable this condition, the problem will be fixed. I do not know the reason of this condition but if you tell us the reason we may consider to find a solution which both solve this problem and meet your requirements.
