Forms don't send automatic answer emails

This problem is happening with virtually every form I've ever used on wordpress sites. Automatic reply and data sending emails simply stopped being sent. Responses are recorded in the database but no email is sent. And I did not change anything at all on the forms or the websites. Can you give me some guidance to solve this problem? see the form in this link for example. http://www.pilates.com.br/certificacao/inscricao

The email recipients associated with the form (http://www.jotformz.com/form/62548922578671) are on our bounce list. That's the reason why you're not getting notification emails. 

I have now removed the email addresses from our bounce list. This should fix the issue. If the issue still persists, please contact us again.

AND ABOUT SELF-RESPONSE EMAILS? THEY ALSO ARE NOT BEING SENT TO THE USERS FILLING THE FORM.
