Cannot view form - it is in restore mode!

    Hello, I know my account has been inactive for a while and hence the error - could you kindly reactivate my dormant account so i can view and publish my form

    I set your account back to active status and your forms should be loading once again.  Let know if they still do not load on your end and we will take another look.
