How can I get a dropdown field's "options" from another form's submissions or Google Sheets?

Hi. I have a form where you have to pick a client's name before you submit it. However clients come and go and this field needs to be dynamic. Is it possible to get the options of this dropdown field from an up-to-date Google Sheets list of clients? Or maybe I can input manually once and then I can create another form that consists of one question (Add new client's name) just when the team needs to add a client to the dropdown field? Can you help? Thanks. :)

You can use the "User Contributed Dropdown" widget:

    https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/user_contributed_dropdown

It will allow you to add client names dynamically. It will remember your entries.

Here's a quick demo I made to show you:
