Transfer Jotform Submissions from One Account to Another

Hello, I am currently trying to transfer Jotform submissions for 14 different forms from a different account. I am trying to do this via the app "Import Data" and I am not getting the results I want: some of the answers aren't registering in the import, and one import seems to submit two entries (Ex: I imported 8 entries and ended up with sixteen).

Can I request to have these transferred from a different account? Do I have to submit a request via the forums?

Also, is there an easy way to delete the submissions that I just imported? I've got about 1000 of them.

Did you follow the steps form that guide when importing your submissions? 

We can move the forms alone with submissions from one account to another. You have to request that here on the forum and the request must be made from the account on which the forms are created. You will also need to provide us the names or IDs of the form that you want to move and the username of account to which you want that the forms are moved to.
