Why am I not getting email submissions?

    I just ran a test by completing a submission.  I got an email from paypal with a receipt but the submission hasn't shown up

    You forgot to mention which form you're working on so I'll just assume it's this one: https://www.jotform.com/72395098387169

    I had a look at your submissions for this form and found out you have 5 Incomplete Payments. These are users (or probably you while doing tests) that submitted the form but never continued with the PayPal payment.

    When a user submits your payment form we keep the submission data in our database until the payment is completed. We process the submission (i.e. send emails, add to Submissions page) only after we receive a notification from the payment gateway. So far, you only have 1 Submission and 5 Incomplete Payments.
