    Hello there,

Are you able to create a text field on a form in which the user/visitor can edit before sending?
Example, such as the form on this page: http://sierraclub.bc.ca/take-action-centre/cant-afford-site-c/

Also, are you able to select certain email addresses which a form can be sent to based on a postal code the user/visitor enters in the form?

    Thank you so much,

If what you mean is that there is a text area in a form and then the user can edit the pre-filled text in it, yes that can be possible. Just add a long text entry field in your form, then click the Properties button > Advanced tab > Default Value.

For sending an email based on the postal code that the user that enters, that is also possible. By using a regular text field (short text entry), you can create a condition to which email alert should be triggered for sending. This means that you will also need to create multiple email alerts in the form. You can check this guide to get an idea on how this should work: https://www.jotform.com/help/167-How-to-Send-Email-Based-on-User-s-Answer

If you have questions or if you need assistance, please let us know by sharing with us the link to the form that you are currently working on so we'll be able to better understand you and share explicit details on how fix your form.

On the side note: I also noticed that you have a dormant account. Thus your account could have limited usage or access. I have now reactivated it so you should be able to publish your forms.
