I created a file upload form from your template. I do not want all of that information to show on my product page. I merely want my customers to click a File Upload button and then to be taken to the form. How do I do that ... or can I do that? See in the link to the product page below how it looks with the whole form being on the page?

Thank you for contacting us. From your explanation I have understood you need to link your website to the form upload page without the other pages. In order to do this what you can do is create an upload button in your website and have the button linked to the form.

Below is a simple guide on how you can create html links in your website:

You can have the upload button linked the form such that when user clicks on the button they are redirected to the upload image form. To do this you will need to capture the form url which will be used to link to the upload form. To do so kindly follow the guide below:

Below is a form I have edited from your form that only has upload page which once you redirect your website to it, it will only load the upload page without the Fullname and email pages. Kindly feel free to clone and use the form.

I hope the above answers you question. If you need further assistance kindly do not hesitate to let us know.
