What should I do to have the timer widget calculate the time spend on the whole form rather than just the same page that you insert the widget? ( I have tried at the beginning and at the end of the forms, but neither calculated for the whole form).

    Thanks!

The Global Countdown widget actually does this.

Check the demo form here which shows the timer working anywhere in the page of the form.

This widget is appeared at the top of each page and it is distractive. Moreover, my tests are not time based. I only need to know how much participants spend on the test, in case that I want to use it for my analysis.

Is there any other widget to use for my particular case?

    Thanks!

Hello @minooar - The Time Tracker Widget should fit your needs. Just add it anywhere on your form, it doesn't need to be configured. It tracks the entire form progress and not per page.

Afterwards, add the field either to your THANK YOU PAGE, NOTIFICATION or AUTORESPONDER.

Quoting the description of this widget:

This widget is easy to add to your form, and does not have additional settings because it does not appear on your form since the timing is anonymous. The total time tracked will be recorded and saved along with the form users responses.

    Hi Jim,

The Time Tracker Widget only record a few seconds for my whole file (which means it only records the last page). Here is the link to my form. Please let me know if I am missing something.

I have placed the Time Tracker widget on the first page of a clone version of your form and it worked as expected when I made some tests. I have also added a Timer widget and Fancy Timer widget just to compare the results.

Based on the tests I have made, it seems that the Timer widget only records the time spent on the page it is located. However, for the Time Tracker widget and Fancy Timer widget, it will show the amount of time spent to fill in the entire form.

Here's a screenshot of the test submission I have made viewed from the submissions page of the form.
