I checked with Jonathan, he confirmed the disconnect happened on your side. It seems you must have some kind of connectivity issue. I was also informed that this is a recurring problem for you.

I just responded to this via email, but I can't figure out how to go back and find any of the forum questions that i've asked. I just did a search for this one and it didn't come up.
How can I get back in touch with him or get a transcript of the chat? We were literally in the middle of sorting something out that is relatively urgent, so I was hoping to get an answer for the last question that I asked.
