I've duplicated most of my fields and changed the order around, renaming and changing labels as I go.
When I receive the email with the form data, it is not with the labels and the order as appears on the form.
Many of the questions are incorrectly labelled.

Maybe the email notification was customized and does not take the new changes or you've edited the duplicated ones.

For security I just want the person's name on the email, so I've gone into the template & deleted all the extra fields.
I can see that when I log in I can access the form so it's all good now, thank you.
