How can I use the product order form, without linking it to a PayPal?

I want to create a product order form, to send out so people can select clothes of various colours, sizes and quantities. I also want the pricing included and a total at the end. However, I don't want it linked to an actual PayPal account, as the money is going to be collected in cash at a later date. How can I take advantage of using this form, without having to link it to a PayPal account? I attempted to just not integrate a Paypal account, but the form was unable to be submitted when I did so.  

Instead of using PayPal, use the Purchase Order payment field. As the name implies, it's just a purchase order and won't incur any charges nor process any payments.
