Some fields do not have labels in the submissions PDF

    Guten Tag


    Bei der Email Benachrichtigung habe ich im PDF nicht alle Daten die ich im Email habe.


    zum Beispiel: Familie, Strasse, Mami, Papi etc.

    I checked your form and I noticed that the fields have blank questions. That is the reason why the PDF have blank data. Here's the Address field screenshot sample:

    Please try putting Label/Question Text to fix the issue.
