I see that this question has been asked before, but my concern is that it is adding to my submission count. If you will look at my employment application you will see that I am receving many, many multiple submissions of the same form. One employment application came to me 6 times within minutes. The next employment app came to me 3 times. So I would like to know how to make it stop, but I would also like to find out how to reduce my number for this month if possible. Thanks for your help.

I love the form ! Must have taken you ages to create it.
I think the problem is when you click EMAIL ALERT on the SETUP AND EMBED tab, you have more than one NOTIFICATION.
Just delete them all and keep one :)

Thanks for your response. But I only have one notification under email alert. So I'm not sure that that is the problem.

It is very likely that the submit button is being clicked multiple times by the user, whose internet connection was probably experiencing a problem.
To prevent such an issue from recurring, you can either configure your form to accept only one submission per IP/browser session, or add a captcha tool to your form.
