I cannot access my JotForm account. When I enter the Username and password, the word Autosuspend comes up on the input box.
I'm trying to complete a form to share with my team to show them how the JotForm system can help them in their fund raising.

If you really need to collect this information from the user, then you need to add the following into the form to avoid getting suspended again:
- Digital signature field. You can use the E-Signature widget.
