upgrade issue

    I was designing forms for a client with a username I created. I gave him the login info and a link so that he could upgrade to increase the SSL quota. He has processed a payment for a premium account but neither of us can tell if he upgraded the currently used account or created a new one. Doesnt seem to have goen through.
