    Additional question for selected value

Asked by justadream21 on September 11, 2012 at 04:46 PM

Is there a way to have a free form text field appear when a certian value is selected on a drop down menu?

In Example - I have a form that asks a person their ethnicity. If the person submits "Native American" I would like a free form text field to appear that says "What percentage Native American are you?" However, I don't want this field to appear unless they select the answer "Native American".

    Thanks!

Yes you can do this.. please see this guide -Conditional-Logic-on-Forms

Simply add the additional question field and use the Show/Hide rules of the condition.

Please inform us if you have further inquiry.

    Thanks.
