How do I disable captcha?

I was wondering how to disable captcha on my forms?

I deleted it but it still pops up.

The form on the webpage you provided is not JotForm form. You have JotForm form that has the same fields as the form on your webpage and you are using the post method of that form to get the data from that form. Because of that the captcha field is shown when your form is submitted. 

To resolve this issue you should embed your JotForm form to your webpage. 

The form on your website will pop-up when the button is clicked. If you want to achive that with JotForm you can use a Lightbox Form:
