I'm having difficulty finding a second report. I submitted it, but I cannot find it nor view it for errors. thank you for your help

Are you referring to this form (http://www.jotform.us/form/73075486184161)? I checked it and I noticed that there is no report yet that was created. 

Or did you mean Form submissions? If so, you can view the submissions by following this guide: How to view Submissions.

However, if you mean something else, please provide more details and do get back to us.

Thanks so much for your response. Actually, I submitted a report for Lynne Korbini and cannot locate the information that I need to edit.
Can you send me a link to it so that I can complete the edit. After I finish, should I just resubmit. How does one get a report generated.

Just to clarify you completed a form for Lynne Korbini right? And she is a different account owner?

You would need to contact her and ask her if she can issue you an edit link.

As per checking your forms in your account, I was able to find the form which has a patent name Lynne Korbini. Here's the form link (http://www.jotform.us/form/73075448584163). 

I checked the submissions and there is no submitted entry for this form. Is this the form you are looking for? If yes, then you can view and edit the form in MyForms in your account.
