Does embed code change if I added two items?

Asked by MichaelS on September 11, 2012 at 05:13 PM

I added two items to our form - I can see them in IE but not when I refresh by page with the embed.  Do I have to re embed the form or does it auto update?

Using the script code or iframe code embed for the form does not require re-embedding it even after you have updated/edited your form. That is the answer to your inquiry.

However, it seems I found some conflict on your embedded form code in your website. Please correct the embedded form code and choose only one method(either script or iframe, -- not both). The iframe code also does not have its "src" value.

Check this guide also if you require more details on how to.

Please inform us if you have further inquiry.

When you click on embed form this is what your system generates:

    <script type="text/javascript" src="//form.jotform.us/jsform/22471328682153"></script>

No idea what any of that means - not a tech person :)  But, it's missing my last two items I added today.

When I preview the form on your site all my items are there but is it a big server delay?  I put the embed on your site choice exact cup and paste in the html section of our web page.  I had changed the SyF to SYF in caps then added 2 items at bottom of list and the capital SYF shows up but not the items.

I gave the link to our nonprofit group already -- so I don't want to start over.

Can you please try to re-embed your form code into your website using iFrame method? However, if still doesn't work, do let us know so we can further assist you.

    Thank you!
