Is there a way that I can receive my Private Encryption Key?

Is there a way that I can receive my Private Key.  I have misplaced the email/download.

Unfortunately no. Please note that we do not save your private encryption key on our server. Once you loose your private key, it is not possible to recover it from our server. I would suggest you to please disable encryption in your form to ensure that new subscriptions are not encrypted. 

 Ok, then how do I get my forms encrypted?  I have to purchase a new encryption?

You may create a new key, but note that the previous encrypted data will not be decrypted with the newly generated key, this means that you will still need the previous one in order to have the data properly decrypted.
