Download all submissions to the app in my new phone

hi,

ive just had a new phone downloaded app but not all the submitions came down. Is there anyway we can do this? This is critical for us as we use the search function via app but need all the submitions.

I think the app will continuously download the submissions data from the background as long as it is sync. You can also click the sync button in the app menu.

You can also adjust the sync frequency.

I tested the app and so far it downloaded all the submissions data.

Where is this in the iphone app? It’s only downloaded the last 2 weeks worth

Thank you for the response. kindly try going to submissions(All Submissions) and scroll by holding the submission tab which will then bring the "Release to refresh" as shown below.
