Is there a way to add a visible point value to each question?

I'm creating an award application, with different sections and subsections being weighted differently - and points are assigned based on completion. Is there an easy way to do that in Jot Form?

For fields that require input instead of selecting a value, you could add a number field below each input and conditionally update the number field with a value when the input is filled:
