Hello there!
I'm planning to post my survey form on Mechanic Turks to generate content for a project and it requires a survey code to be legitimate for the both sides of the party.
thank you!

Do you want to protect your form, so that only the users with a survey code can fill and submit the form?
If so you can use conditional logic to protect your form. Add a survey code field at the top of your form and set a condition to show the rest of form fields only if the code is correct.
Hide or Show Multiple Fields at Once
Here is a demo form: https://form.jotform.com/73095802451960
Survey code is 12345
Feel free to test it and clone it.
If I did not understand your question correctly, please explain in more details what exactly are you trying to achieve.

Thanks BJoanna for the quick response! It's not necessarily used to protect my form. Here is what the site is asking. Hopefully this makes more sense.

If you want to create a unique code for each of your submissions, you can use the Unique ID widget or Random Value Generator widget.
