I have had several applicants that have been experiencing issues moving from page to page on their mobile devices, and also signing their applications on their phones. I have attached a picture of the part of the application that they are unable to move past, but the page to page navigation is also a recurring issue.

I have checked your form on my android and iOS mobile device and it seems to have no issue and worked perfectly.
It seems the issue is from their mobile device's browser since your form is already mobile responsive.

I just checked it and it worked perfectly. It must be their browser on their mobile device, just try advising them using a different web browser if they are having difficulty on your form.
