How can I conditionally send multilingual emails?

Am I correct in understanding that there is only one language in which a follow-up email can be sent?  More specifically, there is not logic that can be implemented to say "if this field is set to ABC country, then use this follow-up email...if another country, then use this other email"?  In other words, I have to pick a common denominator language (likely English, though not ideal for Eastern European aimed forms), and just have that serve all?

Let me know if I'm missing some functionality that can have the system pick which email template to use, based on responses.

Hello @creliaboris - The feature you're missing is Conditional Logic. You can send different templates conditionally based on user input. This was covered in great detail on the guide I'm linking below.
