Using conditional Logic to chnage email

Am I correct I cannot use boolean operators to customize my email text based on responses?  In other words, rather than having a static table of answers, I'd rather be able to craft the wording so that it adjusts based on what the answers were.  I could accomplish this with simple if/and/or statements, but don't see that as an option. Am I missing anything that would allow this?

Thank you for contacting us. You can be able to achieve the above by using conditional logic in your form. You will use change Email conditional Logic which will change the email/Notification or Auto-response sent based on a condition met. You can have the the Emails with diffrent body test as you wish.

For instance I have created a test form which user will choose option one and will receive notification 1 if user chooses Option 2 user receives Notification2

Below is a test form I have created with the above scenario.
