Client cannot use promo code to pay

    One of our client reported that they could not apply their promo code.  The screen was simply frozen to them.  See screenshot.  They are based in Korea.  I need to know what recommendations we can offer them when this happens.

    1. If their web browser crashed then they should try troubleshooting the issue as it is hard to tell what could be the cause. 

    I would suggest start by emptying their browser cache and deleting their cookies. If this problem reoccurs every time they load the JotForm page then its a problem for us. Please get straight back to us if so. 

    2. I checked your PayPal Pro integration and see you have 31 different coupon codes listed. Most of which have expired. Others are valid for only 1 product. Can you please ask the customer what was the promo code she has and check it manually yourself?
