Jotform is an online form builder that many webmasters use to build different kind of forms. However, some phishers might use our tool to make forms where they offer jobs, or they request credit card or critical/personal information such as SSN or login credentials.
The email you received is using a sender email address that we provide by default. This makes it to appear as if it is coming from our company.
However, the form was built by a someone who seems to be using Jotform to scam people by offering a job in exchange of money. Our recommendation is to never ever send money for a job offer. Nevertheless, we have a system that detects spammers or scammers, but some forms built with our tool might bypass our automated system detection, so we appreciate your report. The form is now disabled and the account in which the form was created is suspended.
