Clone form doesn't work!

Hello I want to perform a simple clone form operation. When I do this it completely re-writes the form into a new format I do not want (with next buttons)

Can "General Information" please be cloned so that I have an actual copy of the original?

I checked the other forms on your account and I found this form http://www.jotform.us/form/73095705695164. It looks the same as other form and it was created today. Were you able to resolve your issue?

Or are you maybe trying to clone that form on some other account?
