I have employees in
Canada having issues accessing the survey. Is it a country thing or is there something I should have them do?

The forms should work on any location. I tested your forms and they are working properly on my end.
Please provide us more details about your issue. Are your employees unable to submit the form or is the form blank or unavailable? Do you know which device and browser are they using. You can suggest the to test the form in some other browser or on some other device.
If your form is embedded, provide us the webbing URL. You can also ask your employees to provide you a screenshot of the issue that you can share with us.
