    My logo is crooked. why?

    I need it horizontally, it's possible?

    I have cloned your form and was able to replicate the issue. I am still doing some test to get this fixed.

    Anyway, did you use a theme on that form ? it seems a theme caused the logo to tilt.

    I have cloned you form and used a different theme and it fixed the issue.

    I suggest you choose a different theme instead. A basic one will do you just need to change the colors via form builder/advance designer.
