Unable to update email recipient

    I read the instructions https://www.jotform.com/help/314-How-to-Properly-Add-Change-and-Test-a-New-Email-Recipient-Address and they are not working for me. How can I update my recipient email/username . Please help. Thanks

    Unfortunately, I was not able to replicate the issue you are referring to. I was able to update the email recipient properly. Here's a screen capture:

    After changing the email recipient, please do not forget to click the "Save" button.

    If the issue persists, I suggest you log out from JotForm and restart your browser. If it is still the same, please check if it will work on another browser or not. Lastly, you may need to clear your browser cache.

    I also cleared your form cache so that your forms will be refreshed from our servers.
