How can we organize the form response and reply to the user or a group of user?

. After collecting the forms how do We organize the responses. For example we want to email all the ones that say they have questions or we want to email the entire group.

The submissions received can be viewed from the Submissions. If you want to send a response to a single user, you may consider using the Reply option from the submissions view.

If you want to send email to a group such as newsletters, you may consider integrating the form with email marketing tools such as MailChimp, Aweber, etc. You may find the list of emailing solutions that can be integrated with JotForm in the link below:
