About how long does it take to get an answer to a private question?

    I posted a private question last night.   After submitting, a window appeared stating "please wait."   I left JotForm open for a couple hours with no change before logging out. Today, clicking on "my questions" I see none listed.   Does the question not appear until the support team has done something with it, or do I need to start over?  Thank you.

    We handle forum posts in a first come first served manner. All questions posted should be answered in a couple of hours. I checked but failed to find any threads associated with your account, duplicki, so there's a high chance your question didn't post properly.
