Return URL and error in subscription

    Hi there,

     

    I tried one time payment of 2co, (i tried demo mode) and it work properly but after successful payment i did not find any button or a link on 2co page that will allow me to come back to jotform/merchant's page. 

    is there anything i need to do? because while implementing 2co payment i did not find any option where i can enter return url.

     

    also when i tried 2co subscription i get following message on their site.

    Parameter Error 
    A parameter error was encountered when attempting to process this sale. 
    Please notify the supplier so that this can be resolved as soon as possible.

    Hi there,

    Please try checking your 2co settings by going to "Site Management" tab when you login to your 2co account. You should be able to find the settings there. Please check this screen: http://pasteboard.s3.amazonaws.com/images/1347432025184557.png

    Another thing is, you have to make it sure that product ID on your 2co matches to your product ID on JotForm.
