My photo widget is not working correctly

    i am using the photo widget on my form but instead of opening the camera to take the image it changes the icon into "choose file" button. On my computer preview it seems to be working but from my samsung s7 phone not.


    Also,


    in my form when it comes to a drop box asking how many people were involved in the accident, and when selected, it takes 10 seconds to show the hidden fields. This is way to long and if I were a user i would think there is a malfunction and go out the form.

    We are sorry for this inconvenience. 

    I checked your form both on desktop and on two different devices and I did not encounter any problem as you described. 

    I was able to take pictures and upload it on desktop. In addition to that, I checked this on Iphone and Samsung S7 and here are the results:

    Iphone:

    Please note that your users need to allow the warning message which ask your user to enable camera when they load your form if the problem is related with the allow process but currently it seems there is no issue with the take photo widget. 

    Could you please let us know on which browser you had this problem?

    Hi the issue has been fixed. This is due to the permission errors of the browser. Make sure to clean up your form cache if you don't get the updates. Please try it again and let us know if the problem persist. We apologize for any inconvenience.
