    Hi Candy,

    Thanks for the update regarding enlarging the hover text, but all this parlava with CSS does not help.

    It says "no knowledge of CSS"; that's got to be a bit of a stretch! I think I'll just let our staff look at the hover text through a pair of binoculars.

    By the way, you have a 'demo' mentioned on the page: https://secure.jotformpro.com/form/53384079012958  for Sunshine Hair, which does JotForm little justice inasmuch as towards the bottom of the page it reads "I would like to receive special offers by mail". Maybe that should read e-mail, but in particular the user is able to tick both 'Yes' and 'No'.

    Thanks and regards,

    It seems to be related to the following thread:  https://www.jotform.com/answers/1291726-How-to-change-the-design-of-Hover-Text

    Please let us know how exactly you would like the hover text to be displayed and we will try to help you with required custom css code.

    The form URL which you have mentioned in your question has checkbox question for "I would like to receive special offers by mail" and that is the reason why you were able to select both options. Where did you find the form URL? In any guide? Please share the thread or guide URL and we will take a look.

    The above appeared as part of your web site when I viewed it yesterday in response to Candy's message. I gave you the URL in my message, but here it is again: https://secure.jotformpro.com/form/53384079012958.
    I still don't see any benefit in being asked a simple question to which one can answer Yes AND No.
    That's like me asking you "Do you work with JotForm's support team?"
    You could answer "YES" or "NO", or "YES" and "NO". I'd think if you tick one, the other answer is automatically hidden or deactivated!
    As far as the hover text is concerned, I'd just like it to be easily read in a larger font - any TT font. About this size (12px) would be great.
    Best regards,

    Please note that to make any changes in appearance of the hover text, the only option to achieve your requirement is by injecting custom css code. Please inject the following custom css code in form to increase the text size of hover text:

    .form-description-content {

    font-family: 'Open Sans', sans-serif;

    font-size: 12px;

    }

    The following guide should help you how to inject custom css code:  https://www.jotform.com/help/117-How-to-Inject-Custom-CSS-Codes

    Do get back to us if you need any other changes.
