    Hello,

I have implemented 2 JotForm from in my website and landing pages.

I started to get a lot of empty forms. I thought it might be a crawler that is sending these empty forms, so I added a mandatory captcha field.

    Unfortunately, this did't help.

    Any advice on the matter?

    thx,

    Michal.

I see the empty submissions. I have banned the spammers IP.

You could try the Google recaptcha widget:

    https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/google_recaptcha

    Or the drawing captcha widget:

    Drawing Captcha

But if the spammer is passing the captchas its likely they are doing it manually.

If you don't want to use a captcha, you could use the email validator widget. That way to submit the user must submit a valid email address:

    https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/e-mail_validator

    Hello,
Thank you for getting back to me.
I'll try to test your ideas.
In the meantime, for some reason, we were banned to access the JotForm and
now the form isn't appearing on our website.
Could it be that you have banned our IP (the one from the office)?
If so, how can the "spamming forms" come from the office?
I hope you can advice in this.
    thanks,
    Michal.

I have whitelisted the IP record from your blank submissions. Its 213.140.195.84

Can you confirm what your IP address is here:

    http://whatismyip.com

If it matches the record from your blank submissions its likely someone in your office submitted the form approx. 30 times
