Multiple submissions are disabled for newsletter signup form.

Hello,
Sorry for the inconvenience.
Regulation of unique/multiple submissions is possible via "Unique Submission" section at the settings page of your form.(https://www.jotform.com/build/73102191391448/settings)
In order to allow multiple submissions you need to select "No Check" option.
Please note that you need to click "Show More Options" to find "Unique Submissions" once the page is loaded.
When i check your form's status, i see it's already properly configured to achieve your goal. I suppose you're no longer experiencing this issue. Do you need any further assistance?
