Is it possible to have a better representation of the questionnaire in the mails that I receive for the submissions? Mainly: 1) Not leaving out not answered questions, but mark them as "not answered" or show them "empty". 2) Not only showing the questions and answers in the mail, but also headings and descriptive Text e.g.?
    Thanx!

    1. Yes it is possible to either show or hide empty fields on an email

    2. It is not possible to automatically include the headings and descriptive text in your emails

However you can attach a PDF of the submission with the headings and text included. The option is in your email settings, on the advanced tab:

    Dear aubreybourke,
Tanks a lot! This seems to work!
I tested it an received a submission including this answer form an "Input
    Table":
This looks good, but so far we only receive it looking like this:
    which is a little confusing.
How can we always get the visible check mark?
Our form is this one: https://form.jotformeu.com/72851093232352
    Kind regards

Unfortunately, your screenshot did not reach this thread, but I think you're referring to the way how the input table is displayed on the PDF report:

    15101600441.png

Please note that it's not possible to change the way how the input table is currently displayed. So far the entire table will be shown, if you want, we could forward this to our second level as feature request, although it may take some time, we will let you know if this comes available.

Let us know if you want to request the feature.

    Hello and thanx,
Showing the entire table is no problem, but the way we received the
results of the single choices was that the non-chosen options were
represented by "-" whereas the chosen option is represented by nothing.

Yes, empty sections are represented by "-", but chosen options are represented with a check:

Is not this what you're looking on your end?
