I have created an Excel spreadsheet for World Cup Football and pasted into attached form as PDF.

The user just enters their choice in blue boxes and those teams then go through to next round, there is a simple formula in the boxes to enable this to happen

My problem is that its easy to do in Excel but not all the people I contact have Excel on phone/PC or laptop and I would like to be able to replicate the form in Jotform.

I just need to know if this is possible and if so what is the easiest way to create a web form from PDF. Many thanks

Please note that if you already have fillable PDF, you can import it in JotForm. Unfortunately it is not possible to import excel spreadsheet form. I would suggest you to please create a form in JotForm based on your requirement and then download the fillable PDF version of your form.

The following guide should help you how to download PDF form:  https://www.jotform.com/help/212-How-to-Create-a-PDF-Form

Please note that there are limitations with fillable PDF and you may like to take a look at the following guide:  https://www.jotform.com/help/312-JotForm-Fillable-PDF-Creator-with-All-Points#Will-My-Payment-Tools-Be-Shown-in-the-Fillable-PDF

You may also like to take a look at the following guide on how to create form:  https://www.jotform.com/help/2-How-to-Create-Your-First-Web-Form

    Hope this helps.
