I have a problem in the form published on the following page: http://www.pilates.com.br/certificacao/inscricao/
The self-response email that is scheduled to be sent is not arriving at the email of the user filling out the form.
I have already made several attempts to configure the form and still fail to send the self-response email.
Could you give me a solution?

Unfortunately even putting the iframe method to imbed the form, still the auto-reply email is not reaching the user.
I also tried using a jotform plugin for wordpress, but it did not work.
what else could it be?

The Autoresponder email is not sent to your users because the condition that you set for the Autoresponder email is disabled.
To resolve the issue delete or activate mentioned condition.
